Terms of Service

This Terms and Conditions Agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between Done Right Consultations LLC (“Company”) and the consumer (“Client”). By engaging in credit repair services, the Client agrees to the following terms:

Credit Repair Services Provided

Done Right Consultations LLC agrees to:

• Evaluate the Client’s credit reports from applicable credit reporting agencies.
• Identify and dispute inaccurate, erroneous, or obsolete information.
• Provide consulting, coaching, and credit monitoring services using approved communication methods.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

1. Maintain continuous credit monitoring services for the duration of the program. Failure to maintain monitoring for 30 days or more will result in service termination.
2. Refrain from applying for new credit until the completion of the program. Any violations will void this agreement without a refund.
3. Regularly monitor the client portal for updates and communications, checking at least twice weekly.
4. Submit any requested notarized documents or forms required for credit repair services.
5. Report updates and provide timely responses or reports from credit bureaus within five days of receipt.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

1. No items on the Client’s credit report are updated or removed after 90 days of active service.
2. The Client has not used another credit repair service in the two years prior to signing this agreement.
3. No new negative items or missed payments have been added to the Client’s credit file during the service period.
4. The Client has complied with all document submission requirements and provided timely updates.

The enrollment fee for credit auditing services is non-refundable.

• The Company is not liable for lawsuits, financial losses, or any legal actions taken against the Client.
• Fraud alerts or identity protection measures may be placed on credit files to enhance the accuracy and security of the credit repair process.

Right to Cancel

The Client has the right to cancel this contract within three business days from the date of signing without penalty. To cancel, the Client must submit a written and signed notice of cancellation, stating:

“I hereby cancel this transaction as of [Date].”

All cancellation requests must be delivered by mail, email, or an approved method to the Company before midnight on the third business day.

Consumer Credit File Rights

Under the Credit Repair Organization Act:

• The Client has the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus.
• Accurate and verifiable negative information cannot be removed from credit reports unless it exceeds the allowable reporting period.
• Done Right Consultations LLC will follow reasonable procedures and provide documentation for disputes, but cannot guarantee the removal of accurate information.

Authorization for Credit Repair

The Client authorizes Done Right Consultations LLC to:

• Prepare, sign, and submit correspondence or forms to credit reporting agencies and creditors as necessary.
• Perform all tasks required to carry out credit repair services.

This authorization may be revoked at any time with written notice.

Compliance with CROA and TSR

Done Right Consultations LLC will:

• Provide all services in compliance with the Credit Repair Organization Act (CROA) and the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR).
• Avoid any misleading, deceptive, or false claims about services or outcomes.
• Disclose the Client’s right to cancel services and provide all mandatory consumer notices.
